He has led recruitment strategies in top industrial and service companies, specializing in global workforce solutions. Passionate about connecting healthcare professionals with international opportunities.
Lorenzo Siclari is a seasoned entrepreneur with 15 years of hands-on business experience in India. As the founder he brings deep insight into the Indian market, having successfully launched and managed ventures across diverse industries. His ability to navigate the complexities of the local business landscape has been key to building strong, sustainable operations.
Francine White has over 23 years experience in Teaching and working with Medical Personnel relocating from India to work in Europe. Having qualified as a CELTA Teacher (Cambridge English Language Teaching to Adults) in 2001, she worked for International House, the British Council and the NHS (National Health Service UK) before moving to India in 2008. Over the last 17 years Francine has worked in the Wellness Business creating Wellness Programmes and Training Programmes for Doctors, Nutritionists and Wellness Staff to work in Medical Tourism, particularly focusing on communication skills.
Luigi Battafarano has over 25 years of expertise in global mobility and international taxation. As a founding partner of a top accounting firm specializing in cross-border mobility, he has worked with multinational corporations and service companies. With a global perspective shaped by years abroad, he offers strategic guidance on international workforce challenges.
Amrita Naik: Having attained her Bachelors degree in Commerce and Economics in 2005, Amrita has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance specialising in International Trade. She has previously worked with the Mining Industries in Goa as well as Siman Stones, an international export company. She joins the Medbridge Nexus team as our Finance and Admin Manager.
Maria Bitetta, born and raised in Italy, has been teaching Italian for over two decades. Currently living and raising her family in Bangalore, India, Maria has lots of experience training Indian professionals to study, live and work in Italy. She loves to impart her knowledge and passion for all things Italian, naturally incorporating Italian culture into every class and using more than just the textbooks to her student’s language journey.
